What can Wanderlust Concierge do for you?
I provide personalized research, planning, and booking services for clients to help them save time & money, and take the stress out of travel-planning. I am here to inspire, inform, and guide you at every step of the journey.
With my expertise, industry resources, and extensive destination knowledge, I will help you create the vacation that you’re dreaming of. I can assist you with recommending and/or booking flights*, transfers, car rentals, hotels & resorts, cruises, yacht charters, guided tours, and excursions - everything you will need for a great trip.
I specialize in luxury travel, soft adventure, and group trips (10+ passengers).

The Process - How does it work?
Step 1: Reach Out
Call, email, or send a message describing the trip that you’re dreaming of. I need to know the practicalities (such as dates, destination, budget, etc), but also want to understand the type of experience you’re looking for.
I will review your message, and will reach out to connect with you as soon as possible - typically within a day or so.
Step 2: Consultation
We will have a brief chat over the phone or video call to discuss your trip in more detail, and get to know each other a bit better. I will collect the Consultation Fee* (outlined below) at this time.
Then, I will get to work researching options that will best suit your needs, budget, and tastes. This may take a few days - I want to dedicate the appropriate time and focus into providing you with well-researched, informed suggestions.
Step 3: Review & Approve
Quotes are always sent via e-mail. We will discuss all options and iron out your itinerary so that it aligns with your travel vision. Once you are satisfied with what we’ve put together, I send you a final Invoice outlining all items and their terms & conditions, which you’ll need to review and confirm your approval.
Then payment is taken over the phone, and all items will be booked for you as outlined. I can accept Visa, MasterCard, and AmEx. Confirmation documents are sent to you via email.
Step 4: Bon Voyage!
Once you are booked, it doesn’t end there. I am available any time to discuss your trip, or to make changes if needed. I can provide recommendations for restaurants, sites, and activities for your destination to make sure you get the most out of it.
Before departure, I will reach out to touch base and go over any final details with you, as well as answer any final questions that you may have.
Then, you’re off!
You can contact me any time during your trip as well, should you need it. I am there to support you throughout the journey, until you return home. This ensures that you are never on your own when you book with Wanderlust Concierge - even when travelling solo.
My Consultation Fees
Customized Holiday
For a fully customized itinerary for up to 10 nights and for up to 4 people anywhere in the world, my Consultation Fee is $250 CAD. This fee is taken when we have our first consultation chat, and is non-refundable; I can accept e-transfers, Visa, Mastercard, or Amex.
There is no obligation to book the travel items that I suggest with me; I am happy to create an itinerary for you to then book & manage on your own. I am also able to book all items as quoted.
All Inclusive Beach Vacation
I do not charge any booking fees on All Inclusive Beach Vacations to Mexico or throughout the Caribbean.
Hawaii is considered a ‘Customized Holiday’ and will require the Consultation Fee.
Important Notes
*For Flights that do not depart from or arrive in Canada, I am required to charge a $25 CAD per person booking fee. All other travel products (hotels, trains, activities, etc.) do not require a fee to book - assistance with booking items is included in the Consultation Fee.
For trips longer than 10 nights and/or for more than 4 people, the Consultation Fee varies; please inquire directly.
As a Travel Agent, I am not able to work with any airline points or loyalty programs, such as Air Miles or Aeroplan. However, booking participating travel products with me will allow you to collect points; for example, booking an Air Canada Vacations package or flight will earn you Aeroplan points. Please be sure to provide me with your loyalty program number at the time of booking.
